today, August 08, 2026 has approved the following investments from the Company’s internal
accruals.
As part of our commitment to prudent balance sheet management, we are introducing a hybrid
treasury strategy to optimize our surplus cash. While the primary base of our liquid reserves
will continue to remain safely anchored in traditional Bank Fixed Deposits for absolute safety
and operational liquidity, we are allocating a defined, measured portion of surplus capital into
an active multi-asset framework.
This balanced approach ensures we maintain complete safety while capturing higher post-tax,
risk-adjusted returns on our excess capital.
1) Investment in Government Securities (G-Secs), Treasury Bills, Government Bonds, Non-
Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Commercial Papers and Other Debt Securities up to an

SME Initial Public Offers (IPOs) up to an aggregate limit of ₹2,00,00,000 (Rupees Two
Crore Only).
3) Investments in Private Credit Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Structured
Debt Instruments, and other debt-oriented investment opportunities, from time to time, up
to an aggregate investment limit of ₹15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Only).
4) Investment of surplus funds in invoice discounting platforms and other investment
opportunities, including long-term and short-term bonds shall not exceed INR 3,00,00,000
(Indian Rupees Three Crore Only).

(Equity and Debt-Oriented Schemes) and Mutual Funds, subject to an overall cumulative
investment ceiling of INR 3,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Three Crore Only).
