Quarterly Financial Results The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026, together with Limited Review Report of the statutory auditor thereon. In this connection, we are enclosing herewith Quarterly Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026 together with Limited Review Report of the statutory auditor thereon. 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Rushil K. Thakkar as Managing Director Re-appointment of Mr. Rushil K. Thakkar (DIN: 06432117) as the Managing Director of the Company for a further term of three (3) consecutive years commencing from 13th August, 2026, liable to retire by rotation, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated 20 June 2018, to the best of our knowledge & information, and as also confirmed by the above-named Director, he has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of an order of the SEBI or any other such authority. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (‘SEBI Circular’), are given in Annexure 1 to this letter. 3. Appointment of a Statutory Auditors of the Company Appointment of M/s. Parikh & Majmudar, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad (FRN: 107525W) as a Statutory Auditor of the Company for their first term of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held in the calendar year 2031 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (‘SEBI Circular’), are given in Annexure 2 to this letter.
