Upon becoming aware of the matter, the Company and its subsidiary promptly activated their cyber incident response and containment protocols and commenced a comprehensive assessment and investigation to ascertain the nature and potential impact of the incident. Based on the preliminary assessment conducted so far, we have not identified any material impact on the Company or subsidiary’s operations or financial position. The Company will continue to evaluate the matter and if necessary, shall make further disclosures under applicable laws and regulations.
