Ref : TCIL’s Letter Ref: TCIL/DT/DCCS/PSPCL/2026/8 DT.05-08-2026. This is in furtherance to our earlier stock exchange intimations dated February 07, 2026, and March 03, 2026, concerning the Letter of Intent (LOI) issued by Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) for the Smart Prepaid Metering Project in Punjab and its subsequent cancellation. We wish to inform the Stock Exchanges that we have received a communication from TCIL conveying a banning order against us. We strongly contest the basis of the order and expressly dispute it. We reject all contentions and allegations made by TCIL. Accordingly, to safeguard our business interests and protect shareholder value, we have immediately challenged the banning order before the appropriate authorities. We are pursuing all necessary legal remedies to seek an immediate stay and subsequent quashing of this order and will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any material developments in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
