The Board has approved the issuance of corporate guarantees in favour of HSBC Bank for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 50 Crores (Rupees Fifty Crores Only), in connection with the term loan facilities proposed to be availed by its subsidiary - NRB Unitec Friction Solutions Private Limited, a joint venture company. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (Part A) of the SEBI LODR Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated January 30, 2026 (as amended), are enclosed as Annexure A.
