Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in continuation to our earlier intimations dated May 19, 2026, July 8, 2026 and July 24,2026, wherein we had
informed about the petitions, including interlocutory petition, filed before the Hon'ble National Company Law
Tribunal, Cuttack Bench (“NCLT”) by the legal representatives of BRS Capital Two Pte. Limited against Kalinga Hospital
Ltd. ("KHL"), a subsidiary of the Company, the other shareholder of KHL from whom the Company acquired the majority
equity stake and the Company.
The said petitions were listed for hearing on August 4, 2026 at 10.30 am (IST). The Company received a copy of the
order passed by the Hon'ble NCLT today i.e. August 7, 2026 at 12.40 pm (IST).
Details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed
as Annexure.
This disclosure will also be hosted on Company's website viz. www.maxhealthcare.in.

Details with respect to Regulation 30 of the
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Particulars Details
1. The details of any change in the status and The matter was heard by the Hon'ble National Company Law
/ or any development in relation to such Tribunal, Cuttack Bench (“NCLT”), on August 4, 2026. The
proceedings Company and the other Respondents raised objections regarding
the maintainability of the interlocutory petition on the ground of
an incorrect Postal Ballot Notice annexed with the application.
The Hon'ble NCLT observed that the defect was procedural in
nature and in the interest of justice consistent with the
principles of natural justice, permitted the opposite party to
rectify the defect by filing an additional affidavit. The matter has
been listed along with the main Company Petition for further
consideration on August 19, 2026.
