We wish to inform you that the Company has today, i.e., August 7, 2026, received the Order passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ("NCLT"), whereby the petition filed by Swami Films Entertainment Private Limited, as an Operational Creditor under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has been dismissed as infructuous.
