The Company became aware of the existence/registration of the aforesaid FIR upon receipt of a notice dated August 07, 2026 from Police Station -Gariahat, West Bengal seeking production of documents. However, our Company/promoters has not received the copy of the aforementioned FIR. The Company categorically denies all the allegations made by the Complainant and is in the process of seeking appropriate legal remedies against such allegations and providing proper documentation to said agency.
