The Regional Director has approved the shifting of the Registered Office of Lime Chemicals Limited from 404 &405 Neco Chambers, 4th Floor, Rajiv Gandhi Road, Sector-11, C.B.D. Belapur, Thane, Navi Mumbai- 400614 to Golden Tobacco House, 1st Floor S.V. Road, Vile Parle West Mumbai – 400056, Maharashtra, India resulting in a change of jurisdiction from ROC Mumbai-II to ROC Mumbai-I, within the State of Maharashtra, pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company on 21st April, 2026. Old ROC Jurisdiction ROC Mumbai-II New ROC Jurisdiction ROC Mumbai-I State Maharashtra Nature of Order Approval for shifting of Registered Office from the Jurisdiction of ROC Mumbai-II to ROC Mumbai-I within the State of Maharashtra Members' Approval Special Resolution passed on 21st April, 2026 The Regional Director has accordingly allowed the application and confirmed that the Registered Office of the Company shall be situated within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai-I, in the State of Maharashtra. The Company shall undertake the requisite statutory filings and compliances with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the applicable rules thereunder. The aforesaid Order does not have any impact on the financial, operational or other business activities of the Company except for the change in the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies. The aforesaid change shall shall become effective upon filing of the certified copy of the Order with the Registrar of Companies and completion of all statutory filings and registration as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.
