Brief profile (in case of appointment) Jade Devenish relocated from Australia to India in 2009 and has dedicated the majority of her adult life to the dream of this group of companies. She served as Managing Director of Geomysore Services India Pvt Ltd (GMSI) from 2014 to 2023, having been a Director since 2009, she led the completion of the NI 43-101 Technical Report that underpinned what would become India’s first operational gold mine since Independence — the Jonnagiri Gold Project. During this period, Jade led fundraising efforts, land leasing and acquisition negotiations, statutory approvals, community engagement, and the drilling and feasibility-level studies that carried the project from concept to construction. 4.
