Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Ltd has announced the outcome of its 107th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 07, 2026. The meeting was conducted through video conferencing and remote e-voting. The resolutions passed include the adoption of audited standalone financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also appointed a new director in place of Mr. Chakor L. Doshi, who retires by rotation.
