pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
Dear Sir/Madam,
Further to our disclosure dated July 06, 2026 regarding the fire incident that occurred at the Company's manufacturing
facility located at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, we hereby provide an update on the matter pursuant to Regulation 30
of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Company has completed a preliminary assessment of the incident and wishes to inform the stakeholders of the
following:

finished goods inventory have resumed.
At present, the Company does not expect any material adverse impact on its long-term business prospects. The
Company will continue to keep the Stock Exchange informed of any further material developments in this regard.
