Regulations as applicable, together with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s Deloitte Haskins &
Sells LLP, the Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, is enclosed as
Annexure A.
2. The Statement of Deviation or Variation under Regulation 32 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015
is enclosed as Annexure “B”.
