Dear Sir/Madam, With regards to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that in terms of the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, an application for re-classification from the category of 'Promoter Group' to ‘Public’ Category was filed by the company with the BSE Limited & National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 26, 2020. With reference to the above, we hereby inform you that Mr. Bhupen C. Shah and Mrs. Pinky D. Shah, Promoter Group members have decided to withdraw their re-classification application and continue to remain a part of Promoter Group of our Company. Mr. Bhupen C. Shah and Mrs. Pinky D. Shah have intimated the same to the Company vide their withdrawal request letters dated August 03, 2026, the copy of the same are attached herewith as Annexure - I. Accordingly, the Board of Director of the company at its meeting held on August 07, 2026 has accepted the re-classification withdrawal requests of Mr. Bhupen C. Shah and Mrs. Pinky D. Shah and authorized the company to file an application with National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) for withdrawal of Mr. Bhupen C. Shah and Mrs. Pinky D. Shah re-classification request and pursue the application for reclassification of Mr. Amit C. Shah from “Promoter and Promoter Group” to the category of “Public”. I note that the Company has filed the final application for reclassification with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 26"' October 2020, which is currently pending for approval. 3.
