Dr. Shekhar Chintamani Mande (DIN: 10083454), as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from July 2, 2026; and 2. Ms. Sutapa Banerjee (DIN: 02844650), as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from July 2, 2026. Dr. Shekhar Chintamani Mande and Ms. Sutapa Banerjee are not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and based on their declaration they are not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The relevant details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, has already been submitted vide our intimation dated April 30, 2026.
