Date of Appointment & Term With effect from September 01, 2026. of Appointment As a Non-Executive Independent Director, Mr. T.V Rao shall hold office for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Bank, with effect from September 01, 2026. Brief Profile Mr. T.V Rao has been a career Central Banker with over 35 years of service in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) with experience in regulation and supervision of Banks and (cid:9) NBFCs, (cid:9) regulatory (cid:9) compliance, (cid:9) governance, payment systems, foreign exchange facilitation through Authorized Persons under the FEMA, 1999, financial inclusion, customer complaint resolution, etc. He had also represented RBI in the Board of a Grameen Bank for over 2 years. He retired as Chief General Manager in RBI. He has experience in formulation of policy of financial inclusion as well as exposure to RBI Data Warehouse where payment systems are operated. He also has experience in administrative processes, human resources management, etc., in RBI. Mr. T.V Rao is a graduate in commerce and holds a Master's in Business Administration in Finance.
