Sub: Intimation of Closing of Trading Window -Reg.
It is hereby informed that as per the Code of Conduct for the prohibition of insider
trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,
2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares
of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours
after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first
quarter ended 30t June, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges.
Accordingly, all the Designated Persons (Directors / KMPs/ Designated Employees)
and other connected persons have been advised not to trade in shares of the
Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. The date
of the Board meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company
for the First Quarter ended on 30t June, 2026 will be communicated in due course.
