The Appellate Authority revised the tax demand, reducing the original tax liability from INR 5,35,73,244/- to INR 1,50,83,496/- and the penalty from INR 53,57,324/- to INR 15,08,350/-. The Company will be litigating the matter at higher forum. There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
