With reference to above mentioned subject matter we would like to state that
the Company is in compliance with its obligations under Regulation 30 of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”). As of now,
there is no information or event which requires disclosure under Regulation 30
of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The Company is not aware of any reason for the increase in trading volumes.
