The rating places the Company as the highest-rated Auto OEM. The rating improvement was supported by stronger Social and Governance performance, supported by progress in EV adoption, climate related commitments, safety performance, and board diversity. 2. ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited (Report received on 6th August 2026 at 18:44 hours) has assigned the Company an overall ESG Score of 67 (“Strong”). The aforesaid score places the Company in the Leadership category within the automobile sector under ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited's rating framework. The assessment highlights the Company's strengths in supply chain human rights, product responsibility, board governance, employee development and financial transparency. Please note that the Company has not engaged either ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited or Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited for obtaining ESG Rating. The aforesaid assessments have been undertaken independently by the respective ESG Rating Providers based on information available in the public domain and other sources considered by them as part of their evaluation process.
