Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 11,78,50,485 (consisting of 11,78,50,485 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each) to ₹ 11,83,00,435 (consisting of 11,83,00,435 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each).
