In furtherance thereof, we wish to inform you that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 & and in terms of the approval of Board of Directors of Amalgamating Companies and Amalgamated Company, Form No. INC-28 has been filed by all the three companies with the Registrar of Companies, Haryana, on July 01, 2026, and accordingly, the Scheme has become effective from July 01, 2026.
