Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the
code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons for trading in
Company’s Shares/Securities, the “Trading Window” shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 till
48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30,
2026.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Financial
Results of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
