Revenue from operations was at Rs. 422.3 crore, with a 3.1% QoQ increase. Company achieved strong gross margin of 26.9% even in very challenging quarter due to geopolitical tensions in middle east. EBITDA margin stood at 7.4% reflecting disciplined cost management & rational spending. Operational performance remained encouraging during the quarter, driven by strong demand across key product categories. The Gathiya segment recorded 28.9% year-on-year growth, while Wafers grew 36.0% and Pellets & Extruded Snacks increased 27.5% year-on-year. These results highlight the strength of our diversified product portfolio and continued focus on improving manufacturing efficiencies across our operations. A key milestone during the quarter was the successful recommencement of operations at our Rajkot Main manufacturing facility Mr. Bipin Hadvani following the fire incident in December 2024. The facility is now operational with an installed capacity of 1,05,233 MTPA and Chairman and Managing Director manufactures Gathiya, Namkeen, Snack Pellets and Extruded Snacks. Production has also been consolidated from the Gondal facility to Rajkot, which is expected to enhance manufacturing efficiency through lower power & fuel, transportation and operating costs while supporting improved service levels and future growth. Revenue from Operations Rs. 422 Cr We continued to strengthen our market presence through focused distribution expansion and integrated brand-building initiatives, enabling deeper penetration across our core and focus markets. Brand visibility was further enhanced through campaigns across OTT platforms, Out-of-Home advertising, vehicle branding, POSM, newspaper advertising and participation in educational and cultural events, EBITDA Margin helping strengthen consumer engagement across key markets. 7.4% Our Distribution Management System (DMS) continues to enhance supply chain efficiency by improving visibility and responsiveness across the distribution network. During the quarter, the distributor network expanded to 1,007 distributors, improving product availability and market reach across existing and new geographies. The DMS has further strengthened inventory planning, order fulfilment and Distribution Network distributor engagement, enabling a more agile and efficient supply chain. 1,007 Looking ahead, we remain focused on strengthening our manufacturing network, expanding our distribution footprint and enhancing brand visibility while driving operational excellence.
