Update in respect of operations of the Solar Plants

Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai 400001 (Scrip code : 500245) Dear Sir / Madam, Subject : Update in respect of operations of the Solar Plants Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of earlier communication vide letter No. 3148/25 dated 31 January 2025; this is to inform that the installation of additional 35 MW DC Solar Plant at Mantha, Helas, Jalna 431504, Maharashtra has completed and the operations have commenced on 6 August 2026. After commencement, total capacity of the Solar Plants at Jalna has been enhanced to 105 MW DC. Project cost for the enhancement has been around ₹ 97 Crores (net of recoverable taxes) and the same has been financed by way of the borrowing and the internal accruals. Power generation from that Solar Plants will be utilized for captive consumption and that will benefit by way of reduction in the power costs. You are requested to take the same on record.
