He has ceased to be Director (Marketing) with effect from 01.07.2026. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A (7&7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular issued in this regard, are given in Annexure-I. Consequent to the cessation, Shri. Anupam Misra (DIN: 07637439), shall also cease to be the member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
