o We have reviewed the accompanying statement of Unaudited Standalone Financial n#ftl of Kanco Tea & lndustries
Limited ("ihe Company") for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 ("the Statement") aitachAd herewith, being submitted by the
Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended (hereinafter referred as the "the Regulation")) read with relevant circulars issued by the SEBI
from time to time;
This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Board of Directors in their
meeting held on 7th August, 2026 has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid
down in the lndian Accounting Standard 34 "lnterim Financial Repoftng" ("lnd AS 34"), prescribed under section 133, of the
Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder, SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/FAC 6212016 dated 5thJuly, 20'16
(hereinafter referred to as SEBI Circular) and other accounting principles generally accepted in lndia. Our responsibility is to
issue a repo( on these financial statements based on our review.
.Review
We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410, of
lnterim Financial lnformation Peformed by the lndependent Auditor of the Entity', issued by lhe 'lnstitute of Chartered
Accountants of lndia". This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderqle assurance as to whether
the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and
analytical procedures applied to flnancial daia and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an
audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion
Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the accompanying
Statement prepared in accordance with the recognition and measuremeht pr.rnciples'laid down in the applicable lndian
Accounting Standards (lnd AS) as specified under Section 133 of the Com$nies Act, 2013 as amended, read'with the
relevant rulgs issued there under and other recognized'accounting practices afid policies has not disclosed ihe information
required to 6i disctosed in terms of Regulation, including the manner in which it is to be disclosed, or that it coniains any
following:
