This is with reference to Regulation 33(2)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the financial results submitted by the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026 were reviewed pursuant to the observations received from the Exchange, and it is hereby confirmed that the discrepancy observed between the consolidated figures of “Changes in Inventories of Finished Goods, Work-in-Progress and Stock-in-Trade” reported in the XBRL filing and the corresponding figures disclosed in the PDF version has been duly reconciled and rectified, and the revised financial results submitted on May 23, 2026 are fully consistent in both the XBRL and PDF formats. Accordingly, we confirm that the financial results are in compliance with Regulation 33(2)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and all other applicable provisions thereunder. 2.
