We have reviewed the accompanying Statement of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of PIX Transmissions Limited (the Company’) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026(‘the Statement’) attached herewith, being submitted by theCompany pursuant tothe requirements ofRegulation 33 ofthe Securities and Exchange Board ofIndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, as amended (‘the Regulation’).
