The appeal was partially allowed by the Commissioner (Appeals-I) vide order dated 24th July 2026 and the demand has been reduced from ₹ 4,25,21,134/- to ₹ 4,05,526/-. The details of which as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A.
