Sub: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations")
Further to our letter dated 6th March 2025, we write to inform you that the Company filed an appeal before
the Commissioner (Appeals-I), Office of the Commissioner of GST & Central Excise (Appeals - I), against the
Order of Demand dated 27th February 2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner of CGST & Central
Excise for payment of GST amount of ₹ 4,25,21,134/- along with Interest and a penalty of ₹ 42,49,562/-
under Section 73 of CGST Act, 2017/ TNGST Act 2017.
The appeal was partially allowed by the Commissioner (Appeals-I) vide order dated 24th July 2026 and the
demand has been reduced from ₹ 4,25,21,134/- to ₹ 4,05,526/-.
The details of which as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A.
