Sub: Disclosure of the details of allotment in the Issue (as defined hereinafter) by Sterlite Technologies Limited (the “Company”) in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements), 2015, as amended (the “SEBI Listing Regulations”) In continuation of our earlier letters dated June 24, 2026 and June 30, 2026 on the captioned subject we wish to inform you that, the Authorization and Allotment Committee of the Board (the “Committee”) has, at its meeting held today i.e. July 01, 2026 approved the issue and allotment of 2,57,28,500 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of ₹ 583.01 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 581.01 per Equity Share), which includes a discount of 5% of the floor price of ₹ 613.69 per Equity Share (amounting to ₹ 30.68 per Equity Share, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to ₹ 1500 Crores (Rupees One Thousand Five hundred Crores only), pursuant to the Issue. The Issue opened on June 24, 2026 and closed on June 30, 2026 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated June 24, 2026 and June 30, 2026 respectively. Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid- up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 976,335,270/-, comprising of 488,167,635 Equity Shares to ₹ 1,027,792,270/- comprising of 513,896,135 Equity Shares. Further, please find attached herewith the list of allottees who have been allotted more than five percent (5%) of the Equity Shares offered in the Issue, marked as Annexure A.
