Key highlights: • Financial Performance: Consolidated Total Income was ~20,753 crores, up 40%, marking a strong start to the fiscal year and sustaining the growth momentum carried over from an exceptional FY26 • Profitability: Profit before Tax was ~2,429 crores at 11.7% margin, a 64% increase. Adjusting for the impact of custom duty increase in gold for the quarter, the Profit Before Tax grew 37% compared to Q1FY26. • Jewellery: Jewellery portfolio grew 43% to U8,253 crores (excl. Bullion and Digi-gold sales), powered by healthy festive and Akshaya Tritiya demand and the enduring strength of Titan's exchange programs, underscoring resilient consumer confidence amid a stable gold price environment • Watches: Led by continuing premiumization trends and enduring consumer preference for analog timepieces, the Watches portfolio grew 21% to U,543 crores • EyeCare: EyeCare clocked a robust 21% growth to ~289 crores, marking a strong start to the year, driven by healthy demand across its product portfolio and an ongoing shift towards premium offerings • During the quarter, Titan showcased its high-end & fine watchmaking credentials at an exclusive Geneva showcase of 'Watches & Wonders', the world's most prestigious watch show. New launches included the Nebula Genesis 'Starburst', a diamond-set timepiece inspired by the birth of a star, and Zero Hour, Titan's first professional diver's collection on the in-house 7 ACO calibre. A double-digit portfolio buyer growth was accompanied by sizeable increase in average ticket sizes that powered strong mid-thirties growths in the key product categories of plain and studded jewellery. The International Jewellery business scaled sharply with Tanishq recording strong North America traction and encouraging double-digit growth in the GCC. The Core Damas business witnessed a gradual recovery across key parameters. • The Jewellery Business grew 43% over Q1FY26 to '18,253 crores. Within this, compared to Q1FY26, o The India Business Income rose 38% to '16,943 crores, comprising of ■ Tanishq, Mia and Zoya business (combined) growing 38% to '15,502 crores ■ Caratlane recording 40% growth to reach '{1,441 crores o The International business grew 136% to '{1,309 crores ■ Tanishq, Mia and Caratlane business (combined) growing 65% to '{913 crores ■ Damas (core) business clocked Revenue of '{396 crores • The Jewellery Business achieved an EBIT of '{2,360 crores at a margin of 12.9%. Within this, compared to Q1FY26, o The India Business clocked an EBIT of '{2,368 crores at 14.0% margin (adjusted for Custom Duty {'CD') gains of '{407 crores, EB/Twas '{1,961 crores at 11.6% margin). Within this, ■ Tanishq, Mia and Zoya business (combined) recorded an EBIT of '{2,202 crores at 14.2% margin (adjusted for CD gains of '{386 crores, EBIT was '{1,816 crares at 11.7% margin} ■ Caratlane recorded an EBIT of '166 crores at 11.5% margin {adjusted for CD gains af '{21 crores, EB/Twas '{145 crares at 10.1% margin) o The International jewellery business recorded a loss of '{8 crores ■ Tanishq, Mia and Caratlane business (combined) recorded an EBIT of '{59 crores at 6.5% margin ■ Damas business recorded a loss of '{67 crores Note: 1. Damas financials included post acquisition from Q4FY26 During the quarter, the Division added 33 stores (net) in India, comprising of 4 Tanishq stores, 17 Mia stores, 1 beYon store and 11 Caratlane stores. The Tanishq business saw 2 new store openings in the GCC region during the quarter. Damas closed 1 (net) store in the quarter. Watches ~ The Watches business delivered a healthy quarter, with analog watches recording mid-twenties growth and leading overall growth for the Division. The Smart Watches business declined in single digits during the period. Business achieved Total Income of '{1,543 crores for the quarter growing 21% over Q1FY26 and achieving an EBIT of '{295 crores at 19.1% margin. 34 new stores (net) were added in the quarter consisting of 9 stores each in Titan World and Fastrack, 14 stores in Helios and 2 stores in Helios Luxe. EyeCareW Business accelerated its growth momentum through calibrated marketing investments that drove multi-pair and multi-category consumer propositions, alongside continued premiumization across the product portfolio.
