Sreekanth as ED/S&T of the Company. Accordingly, the above-mentioned officials shall be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 7th August, 2026. He began his career as Probationary officer (IRSEE-1993 batch) in Indian Railways, gaining extensive exposure to traction and electrical systems along with safety and general administration. In June 2021, he joined IRCON on deputation and was subsequently absorbed on 15 April 2026. During his tenure, he has successfully executed prestigious projects in Railways, Metro Railways, Extra High Tension (EHT) Substations, Transmission Lines, and Solar Power Projects. His responsibilities have also encompassed corporate functions of the company, including bidding and tendering, financial planning, human resource planning, and risk management analysis, thereby contributing significantly to both project execution and organizational strategy. 4 Disclosure of relationships between Not Applicable directors (in case of appointment of a director). Sreekanth an IRSSE Officer of 1988 Batch, Indian Railways with more than 35 Years of experience in Indian Railways, CPSEs of Railways. He worked on several Infra projects of indian Railways viz., CATC of Calcutta Metro; Digital Microwave Network over SCR/SR; PI/RRI/EI Works in SCR under SRSF; In RailTel, he was involved in the Commissioning of Long-haul DWDM Network, NKN, High bandwidth Pan-India links for Google, Tier-III Certified Data Centre, TPaaS NOC, TP Studios & hosted services for Water resources Dept & KGBV Schools, Govt of AP. He joined IRCON on permanent absorption in Nov-2021 and successfully completed S&T Works in USBRL, Katni-Singrauli Doubling, Grade separator & chord-lines, Moradabad EI Project, MCRL, with record 104 Stations commissioning in 2023-24 and IR’s largest Tunnel Communication Network for USBRL in 2024-25; He was instrumental in acquiring New Business in Railway S&T Vertical in different domains.
