The Board of Directors had, at its meeting held on Friday, May 15, 2026, recommended a
dividend of Rs. 0.25/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for
the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval by the members of the Company at the
43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, September
11, 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to dividend for the
financial year ended March 31, 2026.
