Pursuant to the above referred, we wish to inform you of the following changes in the SMP of the Company, with immediate effect: 1. Change in role: Mr. Kailash Pandey elevated as ‘CEO - Aluminium Upstream’. Currently, ‘Head - Mining and Sambalpur Cluster’ at the Company, he will move in the role of ‘CEO - Aluminium Upstream’. Mr. Pandey has over 30 years of experience in Operations, Project Execution, and Manufacturing Excellence. He joined the Company as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in 1995 at the Renukoot Cluster and has since progressed through roles of increasing responsibility across the Renukoot & Sambalpur Clusters - playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, executing large-scale projects, and delivering strong business performance. He is an Electrical Engineer and has completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2024. 2. Cessation as SMP due to change in the organization structure and reporting : Mr. Sameer Nayak.
