The said equity shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all aspects. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from ₹ 1,44,58,75,210/- (i.e. 28,91,75,042 equity shares of face value ₹ 5/- each) to ₹ 1,44,60,17,470/- (i.e. 28,92,03,494 equity shares of face value ₹ 5/- each).
