Thanking you, Yours faithfully, For, Deep Industries Limited Rohan Vasantkumar Shah Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer DIN: 09154526 Encl: as above Engineering The Future of Oil & Gas Industries ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26 Letter from the Chairman Dear Esteemed Shareholders It gives me immense pleasure to present the 20th Annual Report of Deep Industries Limited for the Financial Year 2025–26. Marking two decades of our journey is a significant milestone, and doing so on the back of such a remarkable year makes this moment incredibly special. Over the past year, we have significantly strengthened our leadership, scaled our execution capabilities, and built a resilient foundation for the next phase of our growth. Delivering Strength and Driving Growth FY 25–26 has been a definitive year of robust performance, characterized by a healthy order book and a highly promising bidding pipeline. A key catalyst has been the exceptional response to our specialized value-added services—particularly our charter-hire model for complete gas processing facilities. By delivering comprehensive, turnkey solutions, we create a genuine win-win ecosystem that optimizes costs for our clients while securing sustainable revenue streams for us. Expanding Horizons through Strategic Integration A defining milestone of this past year has been our successful strategic vertical integration into Production Enhancement Contracts (PECs). Following the prestigious 15-year contract win from ONGC, I am pleased to share that we have already taken formal possession of the field and field development operations are actively underway. This transition from a contract win to on-the-ground execution showcases our agility in capturing high-value market shifts and reinforces our reputation for operational excellence. By sharpening our focus on these advanced, value-added services, we are directly contributing to unlocking India’s hydrocarbon potential as the nation marches toward energy self-reliance. The Road Ahead As we look ahead, our focus shifts decisively from building a robust foundation to accelerating our momentum. With India importing a major share of its crude oil and natural gas, securing national energy independence—Urja Aatmanirbharta—has emerged as a paramount strategic priority. As domestic exploration and production scale up, the energy support services sector is undergoing a profound transformation. Deep Industries stands precisely at this intersection, anchored by technological readiness and unyielding operational discipline. In the coming year, our priorities are clear: maximizing production efficiency at our newly possessed fields, expanding our high- margin charter-hire footprint, and maintaining the financial prudence that safeguards our balance sheet. We are not just participating in India's energy transition; we are actively shaping it, and our strategic choices remain tightly aligned with delivering sustainable, long-term returns for our shareholders. To propel our growth to the next level, we are aggressively expanding our horizons into high-barrier, future-ready sectors. In the coming years we intend to strategically enter the high-capacity rig segment, allowing us to cater to deeper and more complex exploration demands. Simultaneously, aligning ourselves with the global energy transition and India's green energy ambitions, we have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the Green Hydrogen space. This pivotal step marks our entry into the clean energy ecosystem, ensuring that Deep Industries remains at the forefront of the evolving global energy landscape I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our clients, partners, employees, and shareholders for your unwavering trust and support.
