This has been our operating philosophy for over two decades. We built
vertically integrated operations spanning ore to finished steel. We
secured captive power to anchor cost leadership. We connected plant
to port through dedicated logistics. Every layer added with a single
objective: to create an industrial foundation resilient enough to fund
what comes next.
What comes next is already here. We are building a stainless-steel

India’s 6th Largest Integrated Steel Producer. The 2nd Largest Coal-

the Country.
We were none of these in 2005. We were a single sponge iron unit in
West Bengal with a conviction that vertical integration could build a
structurally profitable metals company.
Twenty years later, we operate a 16.78 MTPA integrated manufacturing
platform across eight manufacturing facilities in four states. We have
recorded a profit in every single year since inception.
Every year through the 2008 financial crisis. Every year through the
2015 commodity downturn. Every year through the pandemic.

respectively. Growth slowed. But, it held. 24
