The appointment of Shri Rajesh Rai as Director Production on additional charge will be as per government order and the effective date of appointment is 1st July, 2026 and his Director Identification Number (DIN) is 10052045. Shri Rajesh Rai is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
