Hero MotoCorp Ltd held its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 5, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting approved the audited standalone financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the audited consolidated financial statements for the same period. The AGM also approved the payment of interim dividend of ₹ 110/- per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 and declared final dividend of ₹ 75/- per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The meeting also approved the appointment of a Director in place of Mr. Suman Kant Munjal, who retires by rotation and offers himself for re-appointment.
