The said communication also records that the Hon'ble District Legal Services Authority, CBD Belapur, has received the Company's reply to the summons on 01st August, 2026. Further, as per the directions of the Learned Mediator, a copy of the Mediation Application has been served upon the Company, and the Company, its Directors and Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") have been directed to appear, either in person or through their duly authorised representative/counsel, before the Mediation Centre on 17th August, 2026 at 12:00 Noon for the mediation proceedings.
