The Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of Directors of the Company has vide a circular resolution has approved the allotment of 1,64,940 Equity Shares of ₹5/- each on June 19, 2026 to the eligible employees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Schemes detailed hereunder:  1,14,079 Equity Shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2015 (ISOP 2015) Scheme.  600 Equity Shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2016 (ISOP 2016) Scheme.  50,261 Equity Shares under the Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 (IIPS 2018) Scheme. Consequently, the issued share capital and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 70,08,78,390 divided into 14,01,75,678 Equity shares of face value of ₹ 5/- each. The new Equity shares issued shall rank pari- passu with the existing Equity shares.
