Consequently, Erkunt Foundry has ceased to be a subsidiary of MOICML and, in turn, a step-down subsidiary of the Company, with effect from 6th August 2026. You are requested to kindly take the same on record and treat the same as compliance with the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations.
