Setting up a 66 MN BL per year Dual Mode Distillery; and ii. Expansion of Bottling capacity, from the existing capacity of ~6 MN cases per year to an aggregate capacity of ~13 MN cases per year by establishing a new fully automated Bottling unit, refurbishment of the existing ~13 MN BL per year Molasses Distillery and Acquisition of additional land for the proposed expansion. The details required in terms of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14 (7) 2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are attached herewith as Annexure A.
