obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statement is free from material misstatement. A review of interim

conducted in accordance with standards on auditing and consequently does not enables us to obtain assurance that
we would become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. Accordingly, we do not
express an audit opinion.
4. We draw attention to the following matters forming part of the notes to the Statement:
i. (a) Note no. 6 (a) regarding the practice of seeking balance confirmations in respect of Trade Receivables, Trade
Payables and Deposits, the process of reconciliation and the management's assertion that it would not have any
material difference affecting the financial results.
(b) Note no. 6 (b) regarding reconciliation of agent/vendor/customer balances and its consequential impact on
foreign exchange gain/loss including the accuracy of the exchange gain / loss accounted on revaluation of

and assessment orders. As stated in the said note the impact of the same would not be material.
