Pursuant to aforesaid acquisition of equity shares of MNPPL, MNPPL has become a Subsidiary of the Company. The details, as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 updated on January 30, 2026 (“Master Circular”) have already been submitted with our intimation dated July 31, 2026.
