Key Business Developments
During the quarter, ADSL has booked orders for INR 120+ crores towards new wins as
well as renewals for multi‐year contracts. A few key wins include:
Won an Enterprise Application Services engagement with a leading NYSE-listed
electronic design and test solutions company to provide application maintenance and
support for its core enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Jitterbit and Boomi.
This engagement marks Allied Digital's entry into the Enterprise Application Services
space.
Secured an end-to-end Workplace Services engagement with a leading customer-
owned (mutual) bank in Australia, delivering desk-side support services across its
corporate offices and retail branches in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide to enhance
end-user experience and operational efficiency.
Awarded a turnkey System Integrator project by the Department of School Education,
Government of Punjab, for the design, build, commissioning, operations and
maintenance of an Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), enabling
centralized monitoring and management capabilities.
Secured a managed services engagement with a Government of India organisation
under the Ministry of Commerce to provide comprehensive IT managed services,
supporting critical business applications and ensuring seamless day-to-day
technology operations.
Won an IT Asset Management engagement with a leading international property
consulting firm to manage the lifecycle of enterprise IT assets, enabling improved asset
visibility, governance and operational efficiency.
Secured an IT Infrastructure Support engagement with one of India's leading FMCG
companies to provide end-to-end IT infrastructure support services, ensuring reliable
IT operations across the customer's enterprise environment.
Renewed multiple strategic customer engagements across the pharmaceuticals,
chemicals, real estate, BFSI, medical devices and retail design sectors, reflecting
continued customer confidence in Allied Digital's service capabilities and long-
standing customer relationships.
Leadership Augmentation
Nehal Shah elevated to Jt. Managing Director* – Assumed an expanded leadership
mandate with responsibility for the Company's global strategy, operational
performance, and growth agenda, reinforcing execution and customer engagement
across international markets.
Paresh Shah appointed Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) – Transitioned from CEO to
lead Allied Digital's technology and innovation agenda, with a focus on AI-led
automation, Digital Desk platform evolution, and next-generation managed services
capabilities.
Arun Pathak appointed CEO – Cloud & Infrastructure Services (India & Middle East) –
Brings over three decades of leadership experience across managed services, cloud,
cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure. He will lead the growth, strategy, and
operations of Allied Digital's Cloud & Infrastructure Services business across India and
the Middle East, with a focus on expanding managed services, strengthening
enterprise customer relationships, and accelerating regional growth.
