Il. The Board took note of the unfortunate demise of the Company's existing Internal Auditor, M/s. Jayesh Bhagchandani & Co., Chartered Accountants. Consequently, M/s. The statutory auditors have carried out a limited review of the statement of SNL Bearings Limited (Company) for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. 2 The statement has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34, interim Financial Reporting (Ind AS 34), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the 'Act) and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. The statement is in compliance with the presentation and disclosure requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended). 3 The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 04 May 2026, had declared an interim dividend of 15 per equity share (150%) of face value of% 10 each. The interim dividend was paid on 07 May 2026. . 4 Operating segments are reported in a manner consistent with the integral reporting provided to the Chief Operating Decision Maker (CODM). The CODM regularly monitors and reviews the operating results of the whole Company as one segment "Bearing”. Thus, as defined under Ind AS 108 "Operating Segments”, the Company's entire business falls under one operational segment. 5 The figures for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures for the year ended 31 March 2026 and the year to date figures upto end of the third quartof ethre said financial year, which were subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors. 6 The Company does not have any subsidiary / associate / joint venture, hence consolidated financial resuits is not applicable to the Company.
