Further to our earlier intimation dated 19" June 2026, Ms. Sonali Sanas has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer — Paints Division, effective 16" August 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, Ms. Sanas will continue as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer until 24th September 2026. Accordingly, she shall cease to hold the office of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 25th September 2026. The required disclosure in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
