the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities
and Exchange Board of India.
The Company has fixed Tuesday, August 04, 2026 as the " Cut-off Date (Record date)"
to determine the shareholders eligible to vote at the 46th AGM.
